At YUXUS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip. Ensure the parcel is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Items
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
